To enrol at Carina Kindy please fill out the below Waiting List Application.

Waiting list applications open for 2025 and beyond.

 

This waiting list form serves as an expression of interest and ensures you are on our list to receive information regarding future enrolment at Carina Kindy.

Please note that having your name on the list does not guarantee your place. It does however mean that you will receive detailed information about the enrolment process, together with advanced notifications of Play dates and Open days held at Carina Kindy.

Applications for enrolment will be emailed in June of the year prior to entry. Following this, offers will be made accordingly until vacancies are filled.

Sibling Procedure (effective for 2026 and beyond)

Carina Kindy supports returning families with existing relationships with Carina Kindy. Carina Kindy’s Sibling Procedure entitles an eligible child to priority of an enrolment offer if the following are satisfied:

  •  An older sibling has previously been enrolled in and completed kindergarten at Carina Kindy;

  • The child’s name is on the waiting list by 30 June of the year which is 18 months prior to their intended year of entry (for example, a child commencing kindy in 2026 must be on the waiting list by 30 June 2024 for this Sibling Policy to apply);

  • Carina Kindy has been notified in writing that the child is a sibling of a Carina Kindy attendee prior to the offer process commencing; and

  • A position is available.

Siblings are offered enrolment in order of placement on the sibling waiting list. There is no guarantee of an offer if sufficient positions are not available. Any other conditions of the enrolments also apply to sibling enrolments. A response to offer and deposit must be made within the timeframe specified, or the offer will be considered as declined and the priority offer will be forfeited.

Enrolment Eligibility.

The year your child attends Kindy depends on their birthdate. Here are the enrolment eligibility dates up to 2029:

1 July 2021 to 30 June 2022 | Enrolment Year: 2026

1 July 2022 to 30 June 2023 | Enrolment Year: 2027

1 July 2023 to 30 June 2024 | Enrolment Year: 2028

1 July 2024 to 30 June 2025 | Enrolment Year: 2029

Our Classes.

We have two kindy groups operating to offer flexibility for modern families. The program, from 2024, is as follows:

 

Kindy Group A

Monday and Tuesday: 8.00am – 3:30pm

Kindy Group B

Thursday and Friday: 7.50am - 3.30pm

You will need to set up an iPortal account. You will be given the option to select a specific group. This is just your preference. Actual groups selections will be discussed once you are contacted about a place.
